Course objective is the provide Tactical Team leaders and Supervisors with training and leadership methods often discussed in may but rarely practiced. Supervisors that have little tactics back ground will benefit from the both the instructors, fellow students and themselves from past situations that had good and bad outcomes. Students will see variations to tactics and practical applications of the science aspect of operations and leadership. The team leader’s mission starts from the planning, through operation, and finally debrief/AAR. His function in the operational segment is that to lead and make decisions and instill the thinking aspect of operating to his officers. This class will put the TL/Supervisor in that in worst case scenario based missions and have them function through the entire process, from planning, executions and AAR. Eval and corrective measures will be part of each phase of the class with blunt and constructive evaluations Students will have a data base of new material and techniques along with experience new gear and technology along with being a more efficient TL/Supervisor for their team and department.
